Advanced tool
This sends commands directly to a module. Use it only if you know the command you're sending — incorrect commands can put a module into an unexpected state.
Basics

Connect and choose the target module.

Use a Quick Test button (software version, serial, ID, tester-present) for common reads.

Or type a command and press Send; the raw response appears in the console.
Tip
For everyday work, the Health Scan, Live Data, and Coding screens are easier and safer than the raw console.
