Warranty Policy

Agile Off Road Warranty Policy

At Agile Offroad, we take pride in engineering high-performance suspension systems, off-road components, and overland solutions designed for real-world adventure and demanding environments. We understand that the journey is just as important as the destination, and our products are built to perform under challenging conditions.

Because modified and heavily loaded vehicles are subjected to greater stress than factory-designed applications, aftermarket suspension systems and performance components require regular inspection and maintenance. Off-road driving, overlanding, towing, and exposure to harsh environments such as dust, mud, water, snow, and salt can accelerate wear and reduce service intervals.

High-performance suspension components, including shocks, springs, bushings, and mounting systems, may produce operational sounds such as clunks, creaks, squeaks, or vibration. These noises are common characteristics of performance suspension systems and vehicle modifications and do not necessarily indicate a defect or warranty issue.

Progressive-rate leaf springs and suspension systems may also operate differently than factory suspension designs. Periodic lubrication, maintenance, cleaning, and inspection are recommended to ensure optimal performance and longevity.

INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

All Agile Offroad products must be installed according to the provided instructions and by qualified personnel. Improper installation, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or failure to maintain components properly will void the warranty.

Agile Offroad strongly recommends professional installation by an authorized dealer or qualified installation center.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

All warranty claims must be submitted directly through Agile Offroad or an authorized dealer. Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Agile Offroad and may result in repair, replacement, exchange, or store credit at Agile Offroad’s sole discretion.

Agile Offroad’s liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the defective product. Under no circumstances shall Agile Offroad be liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to labor charges, loss of vehicle use, towing, rental vehicles, travel expenses, loss of profits, or goodwill.

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Unless otherwise specified, Agile Offroad products are covered under the following warranty terms beginning on the original delivery date or installation date by an authorized dealer:

  • Suspension hard parts, fabricated brackets, mounts, and exterior accessories are warranted to the original purchaser for the duration of ownership against defects in materials and workmanship
  • FOX shocks and dampers are covered under the manufacturer’s applicable warranty policy. Warranty coverage typically applies to parts and manufacturing defects only. Inspection and service may require return of the product for evaluation
  • Bilstein shocks and struts are covered solely under Bilstein’s manufacturer warranty policies. Agile Offroad does not provide additional warranty coverage on Bilstein products
  • Sumo Springs and SuperSprings products are covered directly through SuperSprings International according to their warranty policies
  • Coil springs and leaf springs are warranted against sagging or manufacturing defects when properly installed on vehicles operating within the intended weight range and application specifications
  • Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
  • Agile Offroad is not responsible for diagnostic charges, installation labor, removal labor, downtime, or shipping costs associated with warranty claims unless otherwise approved in writing

FINISHES AND COSMETIC ITEMS

  • Powder-coated finishes are covered against manufacturing defects for 60 days from the date of delivery
  • Raw aluminum products, including skid plates and DIY components, are shipped as-is and may contain minor cosmetic marks, scratches, or imperfections resulting from manufacturing, packaging, or shipping processes
  • Anodized finishes may vary slightly in shade or appearance between production batches. Minor discoloration, fading, or finish variation is considered normal and is not covered under warranty
  • Zinc-plated hardware may develop cosmetic blemishes or surface oxidation depending on environmental exposure. Excessive corrosion caused by manufacturing defects may be covered for 60 days. Proper anti-seize compounds and thread preparation products should always be used where applicable

VEHICLE WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Agile Offroad designs products with OEM integration, functionality, and performance in mind. However, Agile Offroad cannot guarantee that installation of aftermarket products will not affect a manufacturer or dealership warranty decision.

Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a manufacturer or dealer generally must demonstrate that an aftermarket part directly caused a failure before denying warranty coverage. Customers are encouraged to review their rights under applicable consumer protection laws and consult their dealership regarding warranty concerns.

REPLACEMENT PARTS POLICY

Agile Offroad takes its intellectual property, product integrity, and customer safety seriously. Replacement parts and proprietary components may only be sold to verified customers who can provide proof of purchase from Agile Offroad or an authorized dealer.
