Does AVD™ replace my dealer?

AVD™ provides professional diagnostic and maintenance capabilities for many everyday service procedures. Some warranty or manufacturer-specific repairs may still require a dealership.

Does it work with modified vehicles?

Yes. AVD™ was developed specifically with modified and expedition-ready Grenadiers in mind.

Is internet required?

Internet is used for licensing, authentication, and software updates. An offline grace period allows operation in remote areas.

Is hardware included?

No. You will need to purchase the OBD-II device separately here. You can also purchase an open port OBD-II device elsewhere, but we cannot guarantee proper functionality with devices not purchased through us.

Can I update the software?

Absolutely. New features and expanded vehicle support will be delivered through software updates.

Is this safe?

Yes. AVD™ uses secure communication protocols and guided procedures to protect your vehicle's electronic systems.

Will AVD work with my Mac or Linux machine?

No, the software exclusively works with windows 10 or 11 for now with other OS support in the future.
