"Rotates like it should and minimal height increase but the pin to lock it into place is flimsy and already broke on mine not even a month after install. Before it broke it was finicky to get lined up and lock seat into place too. Kinda scary knowing thats what will keep seat in place during accident. Will need to seek replacement parts now."
