The VS30 Big Nozzle Filler Neck is manufactured specifically to fit your 2019+(VS30) Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van and allows you to use the larger fuel filling nozzles commonly found at truck stops. The standard fuel nozzle opening found on Sprinter Vans was designed to fit only a passenger vehicle type nozzle (small nozzle) found at common fuel filling stations.

This high flow filler neck pairs well with our high capacity Sprinter fuel tanks: ACGB 48-Gallon Sprinter Fuel Tank (2019+) , S&B 47-Gallon Sprinter Fuel Tank (2019+)

fuel filler fix!

"Had the diesel specific filler neck in the van but had a couple of issues where a nozzle wouldn't fit in a rural area and couldn't get fuel. Also it's an issue in Mexico. This takes care of that problem plus I can fill up the larger tank with a fast flow truck pump"

"Found out the hard way traveling in Mexico that their fuel nozzle doesn’t fit the Mercedes Sprinter van because of the door flap size. It was a real plan to put 70 liters of diesel at a trickle. Purchase this oversized filler neck, and no worries now traveling in Mexico. Easy to install, one note is to make sure your tank is almost empty before you do this mod; raising the font end helps push fuel to the back of the tank and won’t spill diesel much more than a couple of ounces. I now have a piece of mind and won’t stress about getting fuel anywhere."
