        New Capabilities

"This is my first time upgrading control arms on a vehicle so it was a leap of faith. After calling and talking to the team at AO, they took time to learn about my experience and use of the van then educate me on what to expect. Although I have only had the new springs, shocks, struts and control arms, I can feel the ride improve. bumps are softer. Wind does not create as much body roll and the few gravel roads I have been on are not as jarring. The thing I like the most is the increased length of travel over uneven terrain. I can't wait for our next trip where we are exploring longer gravel roads. Thank you AO for taking the time to educate a new van driver."

Items not received, communication not existent!

"Purchased a number of items, waited months, chased up repeatedly, communication extremely poor, items delivered and left on the front of the property when I was in hospital, items not signed for and not there when I got out of hospital. Reported to Agile and have gone back to being ignored. Shocking customer service, I've been left with no items and no products. Going to get my money back through my credit card company as Agile have not dealt with this issue."
