Front or Rear Air Locker for INEOS Grenadier
The ARB Air Locker gives INEOS Grenadier owners true driver-controlled differential locking with 100% traction on demand. Available for both front and rear axles, the locker allows the differential to operate normally during everyday driving and mechanically locks the axle when additional traction is needed.
Designed to fit all Grenadier model variants, including vehicles equipped with OE locking or non-locking differentials, the Air Locker adds proven off-road capability without compromising normal on-road drivability.

The ARB Air Locker is a proven selectable locking differential designed to give the driver complete control over when additional traction is needed.
At the push of a switch, compressed air engages the locking mechanism and mechanically locks the differential, allowing both wheels on the axle to work together. This reduces the need to rely on speed or momentum when crossing rocks, mud, sand, ruts, steep inclines, and other low-traction terrain.
By allowing difficult obstacles to be approached at slower, more controlled speeds, an Air Locker can help improve passenger comfort and control while reducing unnecessary drivetrain wear, vehicle damage, and trail impact. ARB also notes that Air Lockers can provide additional control when maneuvering heavy loads such as trailers, caravans, or boats on inclines and declines.

Integrated Factory-Style Control
Use the Grenadier’s existing auxiliary switches
The Grenadier’s factory roof console includes auxiliary switches that can be integrated with the ARB compressor and Air Locker solenoids. ARB specifies EXT 1 for compressor control, with INT 1 and INT 2 available to independently trigger the front and rear lockers, providing a clean, factory-style installation.

Factory Auxiliary Switch Integration
All INEOS Grenadier models include four auxiliary switches in the roof console. Unterminated wiring located in the lower driver and passenger footwells can be extended to operate relays for the compressor and Air Locker solenoids.
ARB recommends the following configuration:
- EXT 1: ARB Air Compressor on/off
- INT 1: Front Air Locker
- INT 2: Rear Air Locker
This allows the Air Locker system to integrate cleanly into the Grenadier interior while keeping locker controls within easy reach of the driver.
