Agile Off Road product design is driven by customer feedback! Conversations with Sprinter owners on the forums alerted us to the frequency with which some people were accidentally triggering the switches on their 28-gallon auxiliary fuel tank systems. Those interactions birthed this 3D-printed retrofit solution.

The AO Fuel Tank Dual Switch Cover's spring-loaded door prevents the fuel pump from being accidentally kicked on when entering or exiting the vehicle. Laser-cut double-sided 3M tape backing makes the application process simple.

"Cover came with the transfer tank but the cover did not stick after a few months. I added 3M VHB tape that I laser cut myself and it is now solid. Unfortunately my foot caught the lid and that broke. Too bad you guys can't proved an STL file so I can print a new cover . . . . :("
