Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Special-order, custom-built, installed, used, electrical, or clearance items may be non-returnable.

Returned items may be subject to inspection and restocking fees.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved.

10. Installation & Labor

Agile Offroad is not responsible for labor costs associated with installation, removal, reinstallation, diagnostics, downtime, or third-party repairs unless explicitly approved in writing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring product compatibility prior to installation.

11. Installation Manuals & Technical Documents Disclaimer

Installation manuals, technical guides, product instructions, specifications, videos, diagrams, and related documentation provided by Agile Offroad are intended solely as general reference and guidance materials.

Professional installation by qualified technicians is strongly recommended for all our products.

12. Color Variation & Product Finish

Powder coating, anodizing, fabric materials, raw aluminum finishes, printed graphics, and manufactured materials may vary slightly in color, texture, or appearance from photos shown online.

These variations are considered normal and are not defects.

13. Print, Fabrication & Manufacturing Tolerances

Certain fabricated, machined, welded, or manufactured products may contain minor dimensional, cosmetic, or finish variations within industry-accepted tolerances.

Such tolerances do not constitute defects.

14. Customer File & Technical Information Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring all submitted measurements, specifications, fitment details, files, and technical information are accurate.
