WARNING: MODIFIED VEHICLES MAY ROLL OVER

Agile Offroad aftermarket suspension systems, accessories, and performance products are designed to enhance vehicle capability beyond the conditions originally anticipated by the vehicle manufacturer. These products are intended for demanding applications, including off-road and overland use, where terrain, driving conditions, and vehicle loads may vary significantly and cannot be controlled by Agile Offroad or the vehicle manufacturer.

Frequent or extreme off-road use can accelerate wear on suspension components, steering systems, bushings, hardware, and related accessories. Failure to properly inspect, maintain, or replace worn components may compromise the safety, handling, and reliability of the vehicle. The owner and operator assume full responsibility for the inspection, maintenance, and safe operation of the vehicle and all aftermarket equipment installed.

Do not purchase or install Agile Offroad products unless you are willing to accept responsibility for the maintenance and safe use of modified vehicles. Installation should only be performed by qualified individuals with the proper tools, experience, and understanding of vehicle systems. Agile Offroad strongly recommends installation by an authorized or professional installation center.

Certain Agile Offroad suspension systems and components are intended primarily for off-road use. Products should not be modified from their original engineered design. Agile Offroad shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, death, or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, lack of maintenance, product modification, or vehicle operation in unsafe conditions. The vehicle owner and operator assume all responsibility and liability associated with the use of these products.

For safe operation and long-term reliability, the following guidelines are strongly recommended:

  • Regularly inspect all suspension and accessory components for proper clearance, hardware tightness, unusual wear, cracks, leaks, or damage
  • Clean suspension components, joints, bushings, bearings, and hardware after exposure to mud, sand, salt, water, or extreme off-road conditions
  • Replace worn or damaged components immediately
  • Re-torque all nuts, bolts, and hardware after installation and periodically thereafter, especially during the initial break-in period
  • Perform routine maintenance inspections before and after off-road travel or overland use

OFF-ROAD USE AND BREAK-IN PERIOD

After installation of any suspension or performance component, Agile Offroad recommends inspecting and re-torquing all hardware after the initial break-in period. Suspension components may settle during early use, and minor adjustments may be necessary to ensure proper operation and safety.

Vehicle modifications, including suspension upgrades, larger tires, roof racks, cargo systems, and additional accessories, may alter the vehicle’s center of gravity, braking performance, steering response, and overall handling characteristics. Even with upgraded suspension systems and wider track widths, any vehicle can roll over or lose control under certain driving conditions.

Always wear seat belts and require all passengers to do the same.

No aftermarket product can eliminate the risks associated with vehicle operation, particularly in off-road or high-performance environments. While Agile Offroad products are engineered to improve vehicle capability and performance, increased performance may also increase operational risk. Drivers are solely responsible for understanding the handling characteristics and limitations of their vehicle.

No product is guaranteed to prevent injury, death, or damage in the event of a collision, rollover, or mechanical failure. Always operate your vehicle responsibly, within your skill level, and in accordance with applicable laws and safe driving practices.
