Installation Steps

Install two of the supplied M8 Traklok nuts into the top slot of the Leitner front crossbar. The nuts can be installed without having to remove the corner endcap.

Install two of the supplied M8 Traklok nuts into the bottom slot of the Leitner front crossbar then use four of the supplied M8 bolts to install the driver side light bar bracket.

Hand tighten the four M8 bolts only.

Install the passenger side bracket following steps 1-3. Install the Baja Designs LED Light Bar using the supplied ¼”-20 bolts and ¼” washers.

Use a measuring Tape to find the center of the Leitner front crossbar. Mark the center using a piece of masking tape. Line up the center of the LED Light Bar with the center of the roof rack.

Use a T40 Torx bit to tighten the light brackets Torque to 16 ft lbs. Use a 7/16” socket/wrench to tighten the light bar hardware. Torque to 6 ft lbs.

Route the power cable to the passenger side power outlet. Attach the power cable to the roof rack with wire ties.
