"Have not started up product yet but big deficiency from Agile is lack of any installation instructions or videos. The instructions for Star-mount were good but no instructions for Revel mount(which requires additional hole drilling and hardware) and no instruction of running wires and switch(which led to extra time calling Agile. Koop was responsive when asked but could have save 4-5 calls and e-mails if would have had basic installation instructions."
"There aren't any mounting instructions that come with the brackets, the bracket holes don't line up with the holes in the Star Mount low profile mount, and Agile doesn't return emails or phone calls."
