  • (1) Upper Door Stop
  • (1) Lower Door Stop
  • (4) Roll Pins

Tools Needed

  • Small Screwdriver
  • Needle Nose Pliers
  • Hammer

Installation Steps

Use a small screwdriver to remove the factory door stops from both upper and lower hinges.

Clean surface as neccessary.

Upper Hinge: Hold supplied roll pin with needle nose pliers at hinge holes. Use a hammer to drive pin into holes.

Upper Hinge: Roll pins should protrude .25 to .280 inches.

Lower Hinge: Hold roll pins with needle nose pliers at hinge holes then drive pins into holes using a hammer.

Lower Hinge: Roll pins should protrude .3125 to .375 inches.

Line up new door stops over roll pins.

Use a hammer and evenly tap the new door stop until flush with hinge. Repeat the same process on both upper and lower hinges.

Completely open rear door and check the upper door stop.

Check lower door stop. Door hinges will make contact with new door stops as shown.
