General Information

The AO Sprinter NCV3/VS30 are designed to protect the factory speed sensors from rocks, brush, and debris encountered while drive off road. Also protects the sensor from breakage due to ice build-up.

Read the instructions completely before starting the installation process.

Parts Included

Part # AOR315:

  • (2) AO Speed Sensor Guards
  • (2) M6 Stainless Steel Bolt

Tools Needed

  • E8 Socket and Wrench
  • 5mm Allen Wrench
  • Blue Thread Lock

Installation Steps

Use an E8 socket and wrench to remove the bolt holding the speed sensor. Apply blue thread lock to the supplied M6 bolt and install the AO Speed Sensor Guard over the speed sensor. Use a 5mm allen wrench and tighten bolt. Repeat on opposite side.
