Add functional forward lighting to your Sprinter with this mirror-mounted light kit. Designed to mount cleanly in front of both driver and passenger mirrors, it provides improved visibility without compromising vehicle lines.

  • Trim Removal Tool Kit
  • 10mm Socket/Wrench
  • T30 Torx Bit
  • ¼” Drill Bit
  • 5⁄16” Drill Bit
  • Flat File
  • Utility Knife

INSTALLATION TIME: 1.5 - 2 Hours

Installation Steps

All four brackets are side specific.

The triangular front mirror cover will need to be removed.

Open the door and locate the two rear mirror cover clips.

Use a trim removal tool to detach the two rear mirror cover clips.

The clips are a two-piece design and may break during removal. Use part # 91081103009051 (passenger side) or 91081100009051 (driver side) for complete cover and clip replacements.

Close door and then pull out on mirror cover to remove.

Use a trim removal tool to remove remaining clip pieces left over.

Use a 10mm socket to remove the two fender bolts as shown.

Use a 5/16” drill bit to drill a hole in the center of body plug as shown.

Remove plug completely.

Use a utility knife to cut a slit from the center hole out.

Install the light assembly to the side specific AO bracket using the hardware supplied with the Baja Designs light kit. Install the body plug onto light power cable as shown.

Begin installing the side specific light bracket by inserting the lower bracket tab behind the fender opening.

Bolt on bracket using one of the supplied M6 flange bolts and the two factory fender bolts. Torque to 8 ft lbs.

Insert the light connector and cable into body and re-install body plug.

Cut out the side specific template on page 7. Position the appropriate template as shown. Use a 5/16” dill bit to drill out the three outer bracket holes and a ¼” drill bit to drill out the lower cable slot. Use a flat file to clean the lower slot.

Re-install the mirror cover using the factory clips.

Use a T30 Torx bit and three of the supplied M6 flange bolts to install the light assembly and bracket. Adjust the light power cable length by sliding in excess into body plug. Torque bolts to 8 ft lbs. Repeat steps 3-18 on the opposite side. Wire lights following light manufacturers’ recommendations.
