Shop online. Follow these steps to purchase Ford Transit Ride Improvement Package suspension components online from Agile Offroad:

  1. Weigh your van. This will determine shock tune and which rear leaf spring (or block) will be used
  2. Identify your chassis(AWD, RWD). This will determine which suspension options are available to you
  3. Select your suspension components using the tabs below

AWD Transit Suspension

Ford Transit Suspension Upgrade
Choose a front strut or a lift. Purchase individual front struts or the AO STS Shock Package which includes front struts and rear shocks.
*AWD Transits cannot install Bilstein struts with a lift kit
 
Choose a leaf spring. Select the spring rate that matches closest to your van’s actual rear axle weight (within 300 lbs +/-). Provides approx. 2″ rear lift.
Agile RIP Transit Leaf Spring ratings are:
  • 4200 lb. rear axle weight
  • 4700 lb. rear axle weight
  • 5400 lb. rear axle weight

*Any rear axle weight lighter than 4000 lbs should keep the stock leaf springs and install the lift blocks included with the lift kit instead. 

Choose a rear shock according to rear axle weight:
  • Under 5000 lb. should use V4 shock tune
  • Over 5000 lb. should use V5 shock tune
  • Reservoir rear shocks cover the entire weight range
 Recommendation:  Add VC High Clearance Shock Brackets to protect new shocks off road and increase ground clearance. *Works with 2″ lift only
