In our pursuit of optimizing the 2023 AWD Mercedes Sprinter’s performance, we encountered a notable challenge. The factory pinion on the AWD Sprinter was prone to separating from the front differential, potentially resulting in damage. Specifically, the driveshaft had a tendency to pull past the factory retaining clip. To address this, we developed the Driveshaft Safety Spacer Kit—a solution aimed at reinforcing the positioning and security of the AWD driveshaft.
