Sprinter Tuning & Programming Services

At Agile Offroad, we provide in-house software programming and calibration services tailored specifically for Mercedes-Benz Sprinter NCV3 (906) and VS30 (907) vans up to the 2024 model year.

All services are performed at our headquarters in Santee, California. Programming options are currently in development for 2025+ model year Sprinters. A full programming menu is not available for 2025+ models at this time. Call us for more info. (619) 328-1297

Oversized Tire Calibration (2019–2022 Models Only)

This calibration allows the continued use of Distronic Adaptive Cruise Control, Active Brake Assist, and Active Collision Assist without errors typically caused by oversized tires (285 and larger).

Designed specifically for 2019–2022 Sprinter models running larger tire sizes.

Full-Time Rear or 360° Camera Activation

Factory Mercedes programming automatically disables the rear or 360-degree camera above 10 mph. Our programming allows the camera to remain active above that speed and be manually switched on or off for use as a rear-view mirror.

For 360-camera equipped vans, the side-view cameras double as a spotter when navigating obstacles.

Requires Parktronic Parking Sensor System.

Folding Mirrors with Key Fob (2019+ 1500/2500 Models with Option Code F64)

Most 1500/2500 Mercedes Sprinter models equipped with factory electronic folding mirrors (Mercedes Option Code F64) require manual operation each time.

With this programming, your mirrors automatically:

  • Fold in when the lock button is pressed
  • Fold out when the unlock button is pressed

Ideal for tight parking spaces and an easy visual confirmation of lock status:
Mirrors in = Locked. Mirrors out = Unlocked.

AMG Performance Dash Display

This feature mirrors the display found in factory Mercedes AMG performance vehicles and includes:

  • Color-coded horsepower and torque readouts
  • Numerical engine oil and transmission oil temperature displays
  • Voltage meter
  • G-force fore and aft
  • Yaw and pitch angle readings
  • Off-road driving score

Ideal for off-road drivers and towing applications requiring real-time performance data.

Lane Assist, Attention Assist & Crosswind Assist Delete

This programming completely disables Lane Keep Assist, Crosswind Assist, and Attention Assist without requiring manual deactivation each time the vehicle is started.

Crosswind Assist cannot be disabled through the MBUX system and is only removable via programming. This eliminates unwanted brake intervention, throttle reduction, and steering input from driver-assist systems.

Parktronic Re-Work Programming

Sprinter vans equipped with storage boxes, tire carriers, or bike racks can experience throttle reduction, brake engagement, or transmission intervention when reversing due to parking sensor interference.

Our programming modifies the system to operate strictly as a proximity sensor:

  • Retains yellow/orange/red distance indicators
  • Prevents brake engagement
  • Prevents throttle reduction
  • Prevents transmission gear changes while moving

You retain crucial proximity awareness without unwanted vehicle intervention.

Gear Ratio Recalibration

Required when installing an Agile Offroad ARB Locking Differential with a gear ratio change.

The Transmission Control Unit (TCU) must be recalibrated to recognize the new rear gear ratio. Without recalibration, shift points will be incorrect.

Super Single TPMS Recalibration (2025+ 3500 Sprinters Only)

2025+ Sprinter 3500 models now include factory TPMS. When converting from Dual Rear Wheel (DRW) to a Super Single rear wheel setup, the system still expects four rear sensors.

We recalibrate the TPMS module to accept two rear wheel sensors only, eliminating the need to install duplicate sensors to trick the system.

  • Accurate TPMS display
  • No extra sensors required
  • Compatible with Apex RPV and RIV valves

J51 Fuel Gauge Programming

Mercedes Sprinters ordered with factory option code J51 prioritize fuel level data from the in-tank float. Non-J51 vans instead estimate fuel level based on injector flow rate.

If you experience erratic fuel gauge readings or are installing a larger fuel tank (available at Agile Offroad), J51 programming is recommended.

Important: J51 programming does not correct inaccurate distance-to-empty readings when installing a larger fuel tank.

J51 programming is included in the Agile Offroad MTZ Module, which corrects:

  • Range / Distance-to-Empty / Miles-to-Zero display
  • Fuel tank recalibration for S&B 40, 45, and 47 gallon fuel tanks
  • ACGB fuel tank applications

MTZ Module not available for 906 chassis Sprinters (2018 and older).
