Utilize that space around the rear wheel wells! Add potable water storage to the interior of your rig with this BPA Free universal 20-gallon tank. This tank is designed to fit Sprinter 2500 & Transit (single rear wheel) vans, snugly fitting against the wall and around the wheel tubs. However, this solution can easily be adapted to fit dual-rear wheel Sprinter 3500s, Transits, and other vans (by leaving space between the tank & the vehicle’s interior wall).
These tanks can be oriented in any direction to fit your build requirements. For clarity when ordering, we identify the tank with the offset towards the rear on the passenger side as the “Right” tank (pictured) and the driver side as the “Left” tank. These tank accept 1/2″ (black plugs) and 1-1/2″ (need to be drilled) NPT fittings. The tanks measures 44.5″ long x 16″ tall x 12.5″ wide and are made from BPA Free Food Grade Plastic.

- Transit Van wheel wells are slightly smaller than the Sprinter so there is a bit more room for insulation around wheel well.
- Promaster needs to be elevated 3.5″ to fit the large wheel wells.
- Tank has (2) 1.5” NPT ports (need to be drilled out) and (2)1/2” NPT ports (drilled w/ plugs) on rectangular end
- Tank has (1) 1/2” NPT port (drilled w/ plug) on open end of tank
- Tank has (1) 1.5” NPT port (needs to be drilled out) on top or fill or level sensor
- Tank is designed for non pressurized systems. Needs to be vented.
- Tanks are made from BPA Free Food Grade Plastic
