Employee Spotlight: Meet Lisa Blair
Lisa’s journey at Agile began back in 2018 when she became part of a small team consisting of Jesus, John, Glen, and a few technicians. Lisa and the rest of the team hit the ground running, handling everything within the business internally. She explained how she, John, and Jesus took care of shipping, HR tasks, orders, and even shipped out small orders themselves. She emphasized that most of her days were spent talking on the phone: “The phone would not stop ringing; once I hung up, another call began ringing right after.” It was a time to learn and make mistakes, and she had the opportunity to do so alongside them.
After a year or so, Lisa eventually grew into her current role, managing dealer sales. She handles everything related to getting orders out, ensuring dealers receive the right product on time, and assisting them with everything in between. Lisa is not shy about helping those around her; she is always willing to assist with any administrative responsibilities or anything the team needs. She is everyone’s go-to person when they need help.
Lisa’s typical day at work is anything but typical. Her day starts with whatever comes her way first, whether it’s answering emails, shipping out products, or talking to dealers. She is always engaged in different tasks each day. She notes, “It’s better than doing the same thing over and over again; it keeps things entertaining.” Lisa also emphasized the importance of building relationships with dealers and ensuring they know she is always available to help.
Lisa loves working for Agile and has been thrilled to see how much the business has grown. Her favorite memory so far occurred just a few months ago when John took the team out into the desert and taught them how to drive the Mercedes Sprinter and INEOS Grenadier. Lisa thought she would never have done something like this without John’s support and the AO team.
Outside of Agile, Lisa spends her time with her husband and three dogs. They enjoy cooking, playing with their dogs, and relaxing by the pool on weekends.
Lisa couldn’t have asked for a better group to be around and learn from each day. Her dedication, smile, and passion shine through in every aspect of her work.
