Adrenaline Vans was founded by Tim Hines. Initially, Tim aimed to build out vans, starting with just two that he purchased himself. His vision was to transform these vans into demo and show models. As he began outfitting them, Tim quickly recognized the potential for improving ride quality and suspension.Â
This realization led to our partnership with Adrenaline Vans. We at Agile had already begun making waves in the industry with our innovative suspension elements, RIP Kits, and more. Tim reached out to Lisa, our Dealer Sales Lead, who helped establish the Adrenaline shop with two of our suspension kits.Â
After six months of completing full builds, Adrenaline decided finish up existing contracts and pivot to focus on services and performance—a strategic move that aligned with their goals.Â
During this transition, Adrenaline naturally gravitated towards us, leveraging our existing relationship to foster a flourishing partnership. With our wide range of products and ongoing innovations, Tim recognized that we were the right ally to help him lead in the industry.Â
As the partnership evolved, Tim began making trips from Colorado. He spent a week in our shop, installing lockers in our customers vans, and immersing himself in the Agile Offroad family. The bond between Tim and our CEO, John, grew beyond business; they now regularly call each other, exchange ideas, attend the same events and often meet up in the mountains to go wheeling or test new products.

As we continued to collaborate, Adrenaline’s capabilities expanded significantly. Today, they undertake highly technical work comparable to what we do at Agile, including RIP Kits, Air Lockers, and Atlas Transfer Case installations. Tim has also broadened his services to include full-service storage and maintenance for vans. After an off-road trip, customers can drop off their vans for a wash, detailing, inspection, and storage. When the customer is ready for their next adventure, Adrenaline can have their van ready to go with just 24 hours notice. Beyond the Mercedes Sprinter scene, Adrenaline also services other Mercedes vehicles, the INEOS Grenadier, and takes on different truck builds.Â
Looking ahead, Tim and Adrenaline Vans aim to continue their growth. Specifically, he wants to expand van storage and enhance the full-service aspect of the business. They are committed to pushing the envelope with technical installations, such as intricate electrical wiring, transfer cases, and air lockers. With no Mercedes van center in Western Colorado, Adrenaline is also dedicated to providing Mercedes OE services and maintenance.Â
Tim and his team pride themselves on delivering top-quality work and exceptional customer service every day. Adrenaline Vans is determined to remain a significant player in the Mercedes Sprinter and off-road industry for years to come.Â
