Adventure Van Expo
Big Bear:
The Agile Offroad team kicked off the Adventure Van Expo in Big Bear by arriving late Friday afternoon after a drive from our headquarters in San Diego. We spent the evening setting up camp, relaxing, and gearing up for the exciting days ahead.
Saturday arrived quickly, and our team got to work on setup. This year, we brought our show trailer along with three vans to showcase our latest products and gear. By 9 AM, attendees were already exploring the vendor area, and by noon, our booth was bustling with friends and new customers eager to learn about Agile products and share a quick hello.
The event buzzed with activity throughout the day, making for a successful first day. As night fell, the Adventure Van Expo hosted a pizza party for the vendors, which provided a great opportunity to catch up with our partners also attending the event. Van Speed capped off the evening with a lively happy hour, offering drinks and a relaxed way to wrap up day one.
Sunday kicked off with a delicious breakfast served by Van Speed, featuring breakfast tacos—an ideal start to the second and final day of AVE Big Bear. The morning began slowly, but as noon approached, the crowds surged, and our booth welcomed even more friends, new customers, and partners.
Throughout the weekend, the ARB Air Locker was a hot topic, with many attendees inquiring about installation and how we handle it at Agile Offroad. Our suspension products, including the RIP Kit and the new Fox Race Series Bypass shocks, also generated significant interest, particularly regarding their safety and performance benefits.
As we wrapped up the event, packed up camp, and headed back to San Diego, our team reflected on the importance of participating in these gatherings. They offer invaluable opportunities to showcase our products and connect one-on-one with our customers. Thank you, Adventure Van Expo, for a fantastic event in Big Bear!
Ventura:
After the Adventure Van Expo in Big Bear, the team traveled north along the coast to beautiful Ventura the following weekend. We arrived Friday evening and began settling in and preparing for two busy days ahead.
As Saturday morning arrived, we set up our display showcasing our latest Sprinter products. Vanspeed kicked off Day 1 with delicious breakfast burritos. Once the event opened, attendees flooded in, and it was clear there were more visitors than at last weekend’s expo in Big Bear. Throughout the day, our booth saw a mix of familiar faces and new customers. Vanspeed kept us energized with bacon-wrapped hotdogs as we powered through. As the day wrapped up, we enjoyed pizza for dinner and had the chance to reconnect with other vendors—always a highlight.
Sunday morning brought another round of Vanspeed’s fantastic breakfast burritos. The day was busy as we engaged with a steady stream of visitors. We noticed a lot of interest in our popular ARB Air Locker, the new AO/Fox Race Series Bypass shocks, and the IOPEDAL with high idle.
This wraps up the Adventure Van Expos for the year, and we’re already looking forward to returning in the new year!
