\”Motion ratio in suspension of a vehicle describes the amount of shock travel for a given amount of wheel travel. Mathematically it is the ratio of shock travel and wheel travel. The amount of force transmitted to the vehicle chassis reduces with increase in motion ratio. A motion ratio close to one is desired in vehicle for better ride and comfort.”

This week was the week of big rig builds. We sent a bunch of Mercedes Sprinter 3500 RVs home with new Agile RIP-Kits (consisting of our coil-over conversion kit & auxiliary front shocks, wheels spacers, Fox 2.5 rear shocks & custom leaf springs).

Our fabrication team is always tweaking and improving our products. The current version of our RIP-Kit now features a blue Hyperco coil assist spring. We’ve also improved the motion ratio of our auxiliary shock mount.
